Education Requirements:

Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in a relevant field is preferred.

Years of Experience Needed:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector.‍

  • Strong understanding of healthcare communication strategies and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems in GCC countries and emerging market dynamics.
  • Experience with healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceuticals, and insurance companies.
